The SEO team was headed to Bohol. Second team building unlocked.

Day 1: Off to Bohol
On October 29th, the team departed from Cagayan de Oro to Bohol via Cebu Ferries, arriving at Jagna Port by 2 in the afternoon. Our destination was at Alona Beach, the hotel pickup is in Tagbilaran City which is 2 hours land travel from Jagna port. While waiting for the van transport, we bought some foods at Island City Mall – the pickup point

From ICM, it took over an hour to travel to the resort we booked at Alona Beach. Just in time for a perfect sunset view.

We ended our Day 1 with night swimming, games and dinner. I was fun.
Day 2: Countryside Tour
The most booked and popular tour in Bohol is the countryside tour. This is perfect for the URLLab team building – a break from computer radiation. Just like day 1, this tour is indeed in need of land travel. For someone who has a motion sickness like me would probably not so fond about it – but the scenery that awaits us made it bearable.
These are the tourist sites we visited starting from the farthest:
- Chocolate Hills
- Butterfly Garden
- Bilar’s Man-Made Forest
- Tarsier Sanctuary
- Zoocolate
- Hanging Bridge stop-over
- Lunch at Loboc River: Bunsai Monark Floating Resto
- Baclayon Church
- Blood Compact Shrine

Day 3: Island Hopping
Sun-kissed is what we did. We absolutely enjoyed the day 3 doing snorkeling, whale watching, and simply admiring the beauty of the turquoise water. I love Panglao, still does.

This trip has brought us closer as a team, grew as an individual, and learned about ourselves we didn’t know. URLLab team building has absolutely marked deep in our roots.
